What is the difference between an account and a plan?

Your account type describes how you use TEOLOGU. For example: Personal, Joint, Family, Freelance, Life+.

Your plan describes the level of features and experience available to you. TEOLOGU Personal plans may include:

  • Free
  • Plus
  • Premium

For example, a Life+ account could use the Free plan or upgrade to Plus or Premium where available.

Can I start with a free account?

Yes. The TEOLOGU Personal ecosystem is designed to offer a Free plan.

The Free plan is intended to provide access to core account features, while additional features may be available through paid plans.

Features and availability may change as TEOLOGU develops.

Can I change my plan?

Where available, you may be able to upgrade or change your TEOLOGU plan.

Your available options, pricing and eligibility will be shown before you make any changes.

What is the TEOLOGU Joint Account?

The Joint Account is designed for two people who want to manage shared financial activity together. Potential uses include:

Life+ focuses on changing financial priorities and may help users organise different sources of income, savings and long-term financial planning.

Life+ is an account experience and is not restricted to a specific age.

Is Savings a separate TEOLOGU account?

No. Savings is designed to be part of the wider TEOLOGU Personal experience.

Rather than requiring you to manage an entirely separate account type, Savings can help you organise money alongside your everyday financial activity. Your experience may include:

  • Savings goals
  • Money separation
  • Financial planning

Available features may depend on your account, plan and location.

Does TEOLOGU currently pay interest on Savings?

No. TEOLOGU does not currently offer interest through its Savings experience.

Savings features are currently focused on helping users organise money, separate funds and work towards financial goals.

If interest-bearing products become available in the future, they will be presented separately with clear information about rates, eligibility, risks and applicable terms.

Can I create savings goals?

TEOLOGU is designed to support savings goals. Depending on available features, you may be able to organise money around different purposes, such as:

Can I access my savings?

Access to Savings and withdrawal options will depend on the specific TEOLOGU product available to you.
